Aviation Website & Search Review.

A technical review of the website you already have — what's wrong with it, why that matters, and what to fix first. Written by a person, priced as a fixed fee, and yours to act on with or without us.

Who this is for

Businesses that know something isn't working but not what. Enquiries have dropped and nobody can say why. A competitor consistently appears above you. You're about to spend real money on a redesign and want to know whether that's actually the problem. Someone built the site three years ago and nobody has looked at it since.

The review exists so you can make that decision on evidence rather than on a sales pitch — including ours. If the honest finding is that your site is fine and the problem is somewhere else, that's what the review will say.

Pricing

Fixed fee, quoted before anything begins. The amount depends on the size of the site and how much is in scope — a single-location maintenance shop and a multi-page airport site are different amounts of work.

Send us the website address and we'll quote it. No obligation, and no charge for the quote.

Scope

What the review covers

Not every area matters equally for every business. Scope is agreed before we start, and the review says plainly which areas we looked at.

  • Indexing and crawlability

Whether your pages are actually in Google's index, whether anything is blocking or misdirecting crawlers, and whether your content is visible without running JavaScript.

  • How clearly the site states what you do

Whether a first-time visitor — or a machine — can tell what services you offer, which aircraft or customers you serve, and where you operate.

  • Business information accuracy

Consistency of your name, location, contact details, and services across the site, your Google Business Profile, and the aviation directories where you appear.

  • Content and structure

Whether the site answers the questions customers actually arrive with, whether headings and internal links reflect that, and which pages are missing or redundant.

  • Mobile experience

How the site behaves on a phone: tap targets, navigation, forms, phone and email links, and whether the critical actions are genuinely reachable away from a desk.

  • Performance

Load time and Core Web Vitals measured against real-device data, with the specific causes identified rather than a score handed over without explanation.

  • Accessibility

A WCAG 2.2 AA-oriented check of keyboard operation, focus visibility, contrast, form labelling, and semantics — including anything likely to exclude customers outright.

  • Structured data and entity clarity

Whether your markup is present, valid, accurate, and consistent with the visible page — and whether search engines and AI systems have enough to identify your business unambiguously.

  • Measurement

Whether analytics and conversion tracking are recording anything trustworthy, and whether the numbers you're currently making decisions on mean what you think they mean.

What you receive

  • A summary of the current state, in plain language
  • Findings, each with the evidence and reasoning behind it
  • A recommended order of work, ranked by impact against effort
  • A clear separation of what's certain, what's likely, and what's unknowable
  • A walkthrough call to go through it together
  • An honest statement of anything we think isn't worth fixing

What you won't receive

  • An automated crawl export with hundreds of undifferentiated "issues"
  • A vanity score with no explanation of how it was produced
  • Guaranteed rankings, traffic numbers, or AI mentions — nobody can promise those
  • A document written to make our services look necessary
  • Findings you can't verify yourself

The review is deliberately written so another developer could execute it. That's the test of whether it's a plan or a sales funnel.

Common questions

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size of the site and how much is being reviewed. Tell us the website address and we'll quote a fixed price before anything starts.

Do I have to hire you to do the work afterward?

No. The review is written so any competent web professional can act on it. Some customers implement it themselves, some hand it to their existing web person, and some ask us to do the work. The findings are yours either way.

Do I need an existing website?

This is aimed at businesses that already have one. If you don't have a site yet, a review isn't a good use of your money — look at websites and web development instead.

Is this an automated SEO report?

No. Automated tools get used where they're genuinely useful, such as performance and accessibility measurement, but the findings are investigated and written by a person.

How long does it take?

That depends on the scope, and we'll give you a timeframe with the quote rather than a number invented for a web page.

We'll tell you what a review would cover, what it would cost, and how long it would take. If we don't think you need one, we'll tell you that instead.
